Sample Home Inspection Reports

Below this text you'll find a couple copies of inspection reports that I've done in the past. This is the same type of report that every one of my clients receives. 
I'm sure you'll find that as you read through the reports you'll find that they are concise, thorough and written plain English. I try to write like I'm having a conversation; straight and to the point. 
I recently changed my inspecion process. I used to type my report on-site, but I found that by taking my notes and pictures back to my office, it allows me more time to look through the building without having to rush and to deliver a better product. I can usually get the report out within 24 hours and send it in a PDF format to whomever you choose.
