Inspection Agreement
As of January 2003, all home inspectors in the State of Illinois have to be licensed. One of the states requirements was to have us come up with a form that explains to our clients what we can and can't do on our inspections and some of our limitations. This document is call an inspection agreement.
The state requires us to have our clients read and sign the form.
